Blink computes wrong static position for abspos elements with "writing-mode:vertical-rl"

Project Member Reported by dholb...@gmail.com, Oct 13 2016

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2873.0 dev (64-bit)
OS: Ubuntu 16.10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit this testcase: https://jsfiddle.net/zLho3dpx/
(2) Check for red.

What is the expected output?
The green abspos element should be placed at its static position, which should be *inside* its red parent. It should entirely cover up the red.

What do you see instead?
The green abspos element is placed at the right edge of the viewport (nowhere near its correct static position). Its red parent is visible (not covered up as it should be).

It looks like there's some coordinate-space-conversion confusion going on.

(Latest Firefox & Edge give "expected output", FWIW.)

Looks to be the same as issue 505151 -- dholbert, can you confirm?

Yeah, it looks like this a specific instance of a broader issue described in that bug. Thanks!
