400 Header Too Long error

Reported by jeffstok...@gmail.com, Oct 13 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
internal site

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to <site>
2. Forwarded to and present credentials to https://login.microsoftonline.com/
3. 400 header too long

What is the expected behavior?
Site should open.

What went wrong?
I suspect we're hitting a kerberos token limit but not on the microsoftonline.com web services, instead within chrome itself.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? No

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I also cannot install an extension from this site. Despite setting all the GPOs related to extensions to allow (or even force) the installation

Also note. I hit f12 on the browser and started a network trace, then tried to load the extension, no network activity occurred but yet i was told the action wasn't allowed by the site.

After troubleshooting it, I think it was something cached (I had previously cleared the cookies for the sites, plus cleaned all browsing cache.

I then went to collect a f12 network trace of the whole process and it worked... So maybe a local issue to my host, or auth token. I guess ok to close, if no one else is reporting these issues.
