memory.top_10_mobile failure on chromium.perf on Android Nexus 5x Perf (2)

There are several failing tests on this bot but this test has been failing pretty consistently since the 10th so can you investigate?

If the test is disabled, please downgrade to Pri-2.

Some quick findings:

The failing test is memory.top_10_mobile_reference, and fails with de device going missing. But the device seems to come back and run fine on the following tests.

Will keep investigating.

Last few runs appear successful, and the previous device issues are no longer affecting the test.

Will come back to it later and see if there are any new failures.
