Regression: Full screen bubble doesnt appear for second time even after hovering. |

Issue descriptionVersion: 55.0.2883.11 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and enter full screen using f11 >> observe full screen bubble (2)let it vanish >> now hover on top of the page to see full screen bubble Expected:Should be able to see the full screen bubble on hovering. This was an intentional change in M49 (the suspected CL is correct). We no longer show the fullscreen again if you move the mouse. You just have to either a) press Esc, or b) right-click and Exit. This is so that fullscreen apps can make use of the top section of the screen without having the bubble constantly be popping down. |
