Time zone is not displayed after selecting a time zone in "sfm-notifications" extension

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,navigate to the above URL and click on add to chrome.
(2)Click on extension icon in Extensions overlay.
(3)Click on 'Calendar' tab and select any time zone.(Kindly refer thee video)
(5)Observe.

Actual:Time zone is not displayed even after selecting a time zone.

Expected:Time zone should be displayed after selecting a time zone.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-37 series.(i.e 37.0.19986.0)

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue with above steps on Windows-10, Mac-10.12, and 
ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 53.0.2785.143 and canary (56.0.2889.0).

This is non-regession issue seen from earlier version of chrome M-35.0.1898.0 and marking it as untraiged to get addressed.

This seems like a bug in the extension, not in the extensions platform itself.
