Issue descriptionChrome Version:55.0.2883.11 (Official Build) 709e70a37ad5ea7e4155b38134d00530605f11bb-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#79}-32/64 bit OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.5), Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.google.co.in/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi&ei=vnX_V-D1Jcj-vASM66moCQ&ved=0EKouCBMoAQ 2. Give print command (Ctrl+P) on the web page and select the Background graphics. 3. Hover the mouse pointer over the camera and microphone icon in print preview. Actual: Hand pointer is seen on the camera and microphone icon in print preview. Expected: Arrow pointer should be seen on camera and microphone icon in print preview. This is a non-regression issue seen from M-30, build no. 30.0.1549.0 Note: Arrow pointer is seen on the microphone icon in print preview of New Tab Page.
