Issue descriptionVersion: 55.0.2883.11 (Official Build) dev 709e70a37ad5ea7e4155b38134d00530605f11bb-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#79} (64-bit) OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings/fonts and click on Standard font dropdown. 2) Scroll the dropdown till the bottom and observe. Font styles are not ordered alphabetically (observe the last few font styles). Font styles should be ordered alphabetically. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0) Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

NSFontManager does not provide sorted font lists. So We should sort it manually.
