Non-Regression : Ripple Effect of checkbox is seen overlapped with 'Overwrite original' Text in Gallery

Version: 54.0.2840.59/8743.65.0 Beta-channel Daisy,Peppy,Jerry and Samus
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign into User -> Download images
2.Now Select one Image and open it in Gallery -> Click on Edit Icon
3.Now try to uncheck and check 'Overwrite original' checkbox and observe overlapping of Ripple Effect with Text(Please refer screenshot)

Expected: Ripple Effect should not be overlapped with 'Overwrite original' Text 
Actual: Instead Ripple Effect is seen Overlapping

This is Non-Regression issue seen form M-50

Issue not applicable to Linux and windows

I don't think this is an issue.
The ripple effect is shown temporary, and it does not interfere the text.
Even in paper-checkbox's standard style, the ripple overlaps with the text.
