Commenting on codereview.chromium.org fails with "Invalid IPv6 URL"

I'm trying to post an empty comment to https://codereview.chromium.org/2418743002 to notify reviewers, but every time I click the "Publish all my drafts" button I get to an error page saying

  Sorry, an error occurred...

  Unhandled exception.

  Details: Invalid IPv6 URL [ValueError]

Rietveld is in maintenance mode, so I'm not sure what to expect here. Have you tried adding a non-empty comment? What happens?
