Rename --input-gtest-json flag to --input-json flag

estaab: Is there a bug to track to add monitoring for this? I'm not sure how stip discovered this.

Pretty sure stip discovered this when looking at a try run since the builds became littered with yellow steps.

I'll update it with new info about this regression.

It looks like the metrics we added didn't catch this. We need to break the requests down so we can see just uploads and alert on those.
