Regression:Weird lines are seen on readings after zooming the page to 200 % and above.

Chrome Version : 55.0.2883.11 (Official Build) 709e70a37ad5ea7e4155b38134d00530605f11bb-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#79}-32/64 bit
OS:Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to any webpage for e.g https://chrome.google.com/webstore/
(2)Press F12 to open dev tools window,click on 'network' section  and select offline checkbox,reload the page.
(3)Click on space bar key to start "ester egg" game, Now zoom in the page to 200 % and observe the readings.

Actual: Weird lines are seen on readings after zooming the page to 200 % and above.

Expected: No such lines should be seen on readings  after zooming the page to 200 % and above.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M51' and will soon update other info.

Correction: This is a regression issue broken in 'M50' and below is the manual regression range:
Good Build: 50.0.2625.0 
Bad Build:  50.0.2627.0

Apologies for taking almost 2 years on this!!

I can still repro, however.

I don't think my change could possibly have caused this. 

However, the skia roll in the same range introduced this change: https://codereview.chromium.org/1582083005 which may potentially have introduced this behaviour?

Assigning to junov@ since this affects canvas.
