Regression: In error page, error code is seen in dark color.

Version: 56.0.2888.0 (Official Build) canary 41c5c138b099891457c2e0cb965b8f24dacc403e-refs/heads/master@{#424625}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5,10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://.. (error page) and observe the error code color at the bottom.

Error code is seen in dark color.

Error code should be seen in faint color.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-56, will soon update other info
Manual bisect:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:56.0.2887.0(Revision: 424315).
Bad build:56.0.2888.0 (Revision: 424625).

You are probably looking for a change made after 424433 (known good), but no later than 424434 (first known bad).

Yes this is intentional, it was changed for accessibility. It needed to meet the minimum contrast ratio.
