Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create two new virtual desktops
2. Create one Chrome window with a few websites open on each virtual desktop
4. Put the PC in hibernation mode
5. Wake up the PC

What is the expected behavior?
The Chrome windows should stay on their virtual desktop

What went wrong?
The Chrome windows appear all on the same virtual desktop when the PC wakes up.

OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

This doesn't always happen, it seems to happen more often when the PC has already hibernated a few times before.
