Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Press esc-refresh-power 2. computer shuts down, does not restart in mode to be wiped 3. What is the expected behavior? Chromebook should accept command esc-refresh-power and move into recovery mode. What went wrong? Unsure. I disenrolled the chromebook in the management console. In order to have it get new info, need to hard boot. Thought it was a faulty keyboard. Replaced physical keyboard, still will not hard boot. Characters typed into guest mode are odd - the letter R generates random letters, symbols, and numbers for example. Attached external keyboard and can type fine but cannot issue key commands for a hard reset to get the OS reset. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Is there a way to command the Chromebook to do a hard reset without a functional keyboard? Esc-refresh-power is not sending that key sequence to the computer. HP14" have no external holes (that I know of) to force a reset.

Please close (sorry) After pounding on the keyboard, I finally got it into recovery mode. Thank you for all you do.
