Regression: Print preview of chrome://view-http-cache/ is not seen properly.

Chrome Version: 54.0.2840.59 (Official Build) beta 5b2f167ccdaed3f1a90ec1084715fbb91b8d25b0-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#726} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://view-http-cache/
2. Give print preview (Ctrl+P) on the page and observe.

Actual: Print preview is not seen properly.

Expected: Print preview should be properly seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-54, will soon update the other info.

Manual Regression Range:
