Unreadable blue text on dark grey background in devtools (dark theme)

Reported by p...@trollsyn.no, Oct 12 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any URL.
2. Open devtools.
3. Select the "Network" tab.
4. Try to read the statusbar string "DOMContentLoaded: ..."

What is the expected behavior?
The "DOMContentLoaded" string should be readable also using the dark theme in devtools.

What went wrong?
The text color provides zero readability when using the dark theme in devtools.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
