Regression: In Incognito mode, unwanted line is seen at bottom of ‘tab’ button icon in omnibox.

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2840.59 (Official Build) beta 5b2f167ccdaed3f1a90ec1084715fbb91b8d25b0-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#726} (64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and open a New Incognito window.
2) Type 'bing.com' in omnibox and observe the ‘tab’ button icon in omnibox.

Unwanted line is seen at bottom of ‘tab’ button icon.

Unwanted line should not be seen at bottom of ‘tab’ button icon.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51, below is the bisect info
