Regression : ‘Site details’ page appear blank for all entries in site-settings/all.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above URL, click on Notifications and select ‘Allow’ in permission bubble.
2. Now go to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/all and click on ‘https://permission.site/' entry, observe.

Actual : ‘Site details’ page appear blank for all entries in site-settings/all.
Expected : ‘Site details’ page should not appear blank for entries in site-settings/all.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-56’, below is the Manual Regression and will soon update bisect info.
Good build : 56.0.2887.0
Bad build : 56.0.2888.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:55.0.2887.0(Revision: 424315).
Bad build: 55.0.2888.0 (Revision:424625).

You are probably looking for a change made after 424331 (known good), but no later than 424332 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspectas some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
