Regression: View site info bubble does not get dismissed on pressing Cmd+Shift+F.

Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2840.59 (Official Build) beta 5b2f167ccdaed3f1a90ec1084715fbb91b8d25b0-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#726} (64-bit) OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings and press Ctrl+Cmd+F (to enter fullscreen mode). 2) Now click on ‘View site information’ button in omnibox. 3) Press Ctrl+Shift+F and observe. On pressing Ctrl+Shift+F, ‘View site information’ bubble does not get dismissed. On pressing Ctrl+Shift+F, ‘View site information’ bubble should get dismissed.
