Chrome on OSX uses the system spellcheck dictionaries. And unfortunately, OSX doesn't seem to offer a Greek dictionary. See e.g. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6816224?start=0&tstart=0 for other OSX users with the same problem. There is nothing Chrome can do about that :(
