Chrome on iOS prompts me at startup to enable bluetooth

If I disable bluetooth on my iPhone then I always get a modal "Enable Bluetooth?" prompt from Bling when launching. The dialog gives me two choices: OK or Settings. No easy way to dismiss and never see this again without first enabling Bluetooth.
