chrome.tabs.captureVisibleTab not working in full screen mode (really full screen, not maximize window)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to stmath.com/entrance/ , again click on the penguin about the 'Homework' heading (the website now enters full screen mode) 2. my extension uses chrome.tabs.captureVisibleTab API to make a screenshot, but failed 3. it said "Failed to capture tab: unknown error" What is the expected behavior? the chrome extenstion could use chrome.tabs.captureVisibleTab API to make a screenshot in full screen mode What went wrong? chrome.tabs.captureVisibleTab API not working Did this work before? Hi, I'm sending you the sample extension. 1.install the extension.the extension will capture screen every 3 seconds. 2. go to http://stmath.com/entrance/ , click "Homework" icon, then enter full-screen mode 3. check the extension background page, you will see the errors
