No ref build results for android-webview-nexus5x perf tests

Looking at ChromiumPerf/android-webview-nexus5X/service_worker.service_worker/page_load_1st_speed_index/ref, ref build results ended around May 2016:

The ref build is very useful because it often explains away apparent regressions. Is this a known issue or intended for WebView?

It's not intended, but it is a known issue. We don't have ref builds on WebView.
