Fake stroke appears on bottom/right side of media player for certain sizes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to codelab.ktam.org/videord.html

What is the expected output?
See all video players without any extra strokes on bottom/right side

What do you see instead?
A darker gray stroke on the bottom / right side of some media players. (dependent on zoom as well)

I have just been looking through the media control bugs (since I am about to be working in this area). Is this the same as  bug 519557 ? Might it also be related to  bug 615007 ?
