DevTools: console doesnt load when debugging node

Issue description

I see this in it's console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: DevToolsAPI is not defined
    at <anonymous>:1:1
inspector.js:4418 Request Log.enable failed. {"code":-32601,"message":"'Log.enable' wasn't found"}
dispatchResponse @ inspector.js:4418


node v6.6.0
chromium 56.0.2887.0  is my host browser

Apparently reloading it fixes the problem... ?

How was there a different version in a cache?
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
That error message is a known issue, it is fixed in newer devtools (Node 6.6 is fairly old and requires an old frontend)
