[Autofill] "Editing" option in 3-dot menu should be "Edit"

Repro:
1) Go to Autofill subpage
2) Click 3-dot menu on an address

The options are "Editing" and "Remove", but should be "Edit" and "Remove". This is what appears for credit cards.

I couldn't reproduce this on 56.0.2887.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

I tried both addresses and credit cards. I see Edit and Remove.

What version of chrome is this happening in?
Do you have a different language set?
