remove subordinate ui compositors from mash

Currently mash has multiple ui:Compositor instances for each different non-container ui::Window backed by a ui::Layer. These need to be replaced with a single root ui::Compositor.

Alternatively, a special ash occluder could permit multiple ui::Compositors to continue to exist.
