Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.143 m (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver Other browsers tested: None since Chrome is required to install the driver Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Firefox: IE: What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Install Google Cloud Printer on a Windows 10 Home version 14393.222 64 bit computer (2)Allow Google Update to make changes to your computer (3)Let the Installation begin What is the expected result? Google Cloud Printer should appear as a native printer after the installation. What happens instead? A message comes up saying "Installation failed. Please try again." Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. |
