In Print preview of chrome://downloads page, Search Downloads bar is missing,

Version: 55.0.2883.6 (Official Build) dev 7baa26fcf5c0933d5718c621debbd5d380696639-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#11} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and go to chrome://downloads.
2) Give Print command and select 'Background graphics' in 'Options' section.
3) Observe the Preview section.

Search bar is not seen in Preview section.

Search bar should be seen in Preview section.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-54 series (Chrome version: 54.0.2839.0)
