Regression: Blue highlight on 'Profiles' text is turns to grey after clicking on any radio button in dev tools

Chrome Version:56.0.2886.0 (Official Build) aa3f2f3a48ffd2ac9ea7585f6a2ae1399f360532-refs/heads/master@{#424099} 
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5,10.11.4),Linux(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window.
(2) Navigate to 'Profiles' section, click on any radio button and observe.

Actual: Blue highlight on 'Profiles' text is turns to grey after clicking on any radio button.

Expected: Blue highlight should seen on 'Profiles' text even after clicking on any radio button .

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-55', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 55.0.2861.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:55.0.2861.0(Revision: 418732).
Bad build: 55.0.2862.0 (Revision:419063).

You are probably looking for a change made after 418935 (known good), but no later than 418936 (first known bad).

This is expected behavior. Blue highlight is only there when left sidebar is focused.
