Regression:Focus highlight color appears to be changed in chrome://md-settings/autofill

Chrome Version : 55.0.2883.6 (Official Build) 7baa26fcf5c0933d5718c621debbd5d380696639-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#11} (32/64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill.
(2)Click on "Add address" 
(3)Now press tab key until focus is on 'Country/Region' and observe. 

Actual:Focus highlight color appears to be changed.i.e faint blue color is seen

Expected:Focus highlight color should be seen properly.i.e dark blue color should be seen.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-55,will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2881.0 (Revision: 423030).
Bad build: 55.0.2882.0 (Revision: 423378).

You are probably looking for a change made after 423311 (known good), but no later than 423312 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspectas some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

The color has been changed on purpose, as requested by UX (see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=652914).
