Regression:After mouse hover blue highlight appears to be chopped for last option of Page zoom

Chrome Version: 55.0.2883.6 (Official Build) 7baa26fcf5c0933d5718c621debbd5d380696639-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#11} (32/64-bit)
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/
(2)Click on page zoom option and hover mouse on 500 % i.e last option
(3)Observe the blue highlight.

Actual: After mouse hover blue highlight appears to be chopped for last option of Page zoom

Expected: After mouse hover blue highlight should not appear to be chopped for last option of Page zoom

This is a regression issue broken in 'M55' and will soon update other info.

Note: Similar issue is seen for Notifications with following steps
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/notifications
2.Click on any link,under permission click on drop list and hover mouse on 'block' option.

Actual: After mouse hover blue highlight appears to be chopped for block option

Expected: After mouse hover blue highlight should not appear to be chopped for block option

Manual regression range:
Good Build: 55.0.2880.0 
Bad Build: 55.0.2881.0 

Note: Issue not seen on Mac OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:55.0.2880.0(Revision: 422654).
Bad build: 55.0.2881.0 (Revision:423030).

You are probably looking for a change made after 422954 (known good), but no later than 422955 (first known bad).

Are you referring to the thin line appearing on the bottom of the blue rectangle (see attachment)?

Seems like a duplicate.
