Regression: Unnecessary default ripple effect is seen on slider bubble in Gallery.app

Version:55.0.2883.5/8872.3.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Peppy, Paine, Gnawty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> try to download 1, 2 images>> open it in gallery>> click on edit settings>> and observe

Expected: Unnecessary default ripple effect should no be seen on slider bubble
Actual: Instead Unnecessary ripple effect is seen on slider bubble

This is a Regression as issue is not seen in M54: 54.0.2840.51/8743.57.0 beta channel Peppy

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

This is an intended change about accessibility (changed on  issue 652352 )

+weifangsun@ for the double check.
When we click "Brightness" button, the first input element (in this case, the slider for brightness) is focused.
Please re-open this issue if this is not intended or it should be modified.
