Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any SVG with no height/width but a viewBox
2. Try to zoom in or out

What is the expected behavior?
Make the image appear bigger (zoom in) or smaller (zoom out) and make a scrollbar appear if too big for the window.

Nothing at all happened.
