Out of process iframes cause videos to be noncentered

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.154 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8530.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel zako

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Load a page with a YouTube video.

What is the expected behavior?
Video centered

What went wrong?
Video slightly to the side

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.154  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8530.96.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Sorry, looking at some videos on youtube.com and trying a page with a youtube video embedded does not repro for me. Marking as WontFix, but please re-open if there is a specific link that reproduces the issue.
