Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Not known What is the expected behavior? A web push message shown to the user What went wrong? Some users complains that *sometimes* they get in addition to the message we sent an extra message: "This site has been updated in the background". We indeed returns the promise and everything is by what described to do in threads we saw about this issue. The web site: www.thelotter.com, you can check yourself for our service worker code... Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
