My flash plug in was working fine, but had to reinstall Chrome for security issues. Then the flash player didn't work with the reinstalled Chrome.

Issue description

Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 m (64-bit)      : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Trying to play all Facebook games that require flash
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?
That the game loads

What happens instead?
I am notified that the plug in is missing

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible. when it says right click plug in, nothing happens when I do just that. Sorry resubmitted a different screen shot. First one was incorrect.
That showed the browser in insecure mode, which has been the other problem I've encountered.

Tested on Windows 10 , Linux , Mac OS 10.11.6 with Chrome stable 53.0.2785.143 (Flash Version - 23.0.0.166) and issue is not reproduced.

Also tried chrome re-install and checked the games in fb that requires flash, all the games are working as expected. 

Can you please try a fresh installation of the chrome and do let us know with your observations.!
