UI is cropped to previous window region when entering fullscreen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.50 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. F11 (go fullscreen)

What is the expected behavior?
Window occupies the full screen area.

What went wrong?
Window occupies an area of same dimension it had before entering fullscreen, but correctly positionned at (x=0,y=0). See screenshots.

Did this work before? Yes Previous update (do not know version)

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.50  Channel: beta
OS Version: ArchLinux
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Gnome 3 desktop
Tested with a blank profile
If the window starts in fullscreen mode, it is not cropped

Currently ArchLinux flavor is not available with HYD-Chrome-TE team, requesting MTV team to look into this issue.
