Large images won't "fit-to-window" (especially on larger screens)

Reported by ev5unle...@gmail.com, Oct 8 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a fairly large image.

What is the expected behavior?
That the image will "fit-to-window" or resize to the bounds of the view-port.

What went wrong?
The image displayed when collapsed, still overflows the view-port. Sometimes, very significantly to the point where even zooming out to 20% won't properly show the entire image.
