Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I have display flex, with flex direction column on parent element and a specific width of 550px on a child 2. When toggling device mode on and adjust screen width to 750px it seems like the child element has the same width as the screen has. What is the expected behavior? The screen width or the element should have the correct width. What went wrong? I think the calculation of the screen width went wrong or the way the 550px of the element are displayed. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Could you please provide a page (either attach or past an url to it) which happens to reproduce the problem? It's hard to find any issue from this description without repro case.

and do the steps provided above: - toggle device mode - change mode to responsive - adjust the screen width to something like 750px For completeness, when I resize the browser window by minimizing the window and then adjusting the width of the whole Chrome window everything works as expected.
