Macbook Pro graphics switching causes screen flickering. This does not occur in Canary, Firefox, or Safari (browsers I have tested) and started with the latest update.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Laptop with graphics switching
2. Do something graphically intensive to switch from integrated to dedicated graphcis
3.

screen flickering during the switch

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.9.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Yes, hardware acceleration was turned off. Additionally, the problem is no longer present when graphics switching is disabled.
