bettes@ this dialog gets a little wonky if the extension name is a little bit longer than a word. Here PageAction + Chromium is longer than Extension + Chrome. Does this mean that 448px as a width is more appropriate for this dialog, should we extend the dialog based on title width or do we accept this title wrapping?

Also I don't see the extension icon in the mocks. Is removal of that extension icon intentional? Also I don't think we have any guarantees that a browser action exists for this dialog, so should this still be a popover and not a modal?

We're not going to address this for Harmony, since that effort is over and the spec is outdated.
