Some DOM attributes are wrongly retained by DOM distiller after the extraction.

Currently we only use whitelisting for <img> (https://codereview.chromium.org/1507373003), but ultimately we would like to use tag-specific whitelist for all the tags. By converting to whitelist, we can also get rid of the strip*() functions in DomUtil.java.
