md-select needs visual state for [disabled] |

Issue descriptionmd-select (and settings-dropdown-menu) do not change visually when disabled. They retain normal colors and the actionable cursor (pointer).

whatever it looked like before? native <select> uses the "graytext" color for the disabled state's text (probably the arrow too)
