Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.41 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://i.imgur.com/vFQf4Mw.gifv Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to play any YouTube video and the top part of the video will have what appear to be black artifacts for a few seconds. 2. Visit provided link to animated gif and the black artifacts take up the majority of the image until it has played halfway What is the expected behavior? No black artifacts are produced during video or gif playback What went wrong? Black artifacts are produced during video or gif playback Did this work before? Yes A few beta versions ago Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Updated my graphics drivers today and this problem has went away. I am running a GTX 980 and the problem was reproducible on every Youtube video and gif. It did not appear when I opened videos/gifs in Firefox and Edge.
