What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. install Chrome Canary for iOS
1. navigate to chrome://flags and enable Physical Web
2. restart Chrome so the flag can take effect
3. in Chrome Settings, go to Privacy -> Physical Web

What is the expected output?

Below the switch, the preference page should display a footer with a Learn More link.  Rotating the device should re-wrap the footer text.

What do you see instead?

Only the first few lines of the footer are displayed.  Rotating causes the space between the switch and the footer to change.
