Harmony [Mac] - primary button pressed state looks too much like non-pressed state

Attached are screenshots showing non-pressed and pressed states - they two look almost identical.

Hey Shrike, 

This is WAI on my canary v56.0.2886.0. The subtlety is in the same vein of hover and pressed values in core UI

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)

OK. I think it's too subtle.
