Memory telemetry results show up under "Time" section of results.html

Project Member Reported by paulmiller@chromium.org, Oct 7 2016

Issue description

I did:

$ tools/perf/run_benchmark run --browser android-webview memory.top_10_mobile

and all the memory measurements showed up in the "Time" section of results.html. The "Memory" section contained mostly "dump_count" debugging data, and no memory numbers.

It's worth noting that we are transitioning to result2.html UI. You can try running the benchmark again with --output-format=html2 flag.
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Wontfixing this since we're rolling out results2 everywhere which does away with this distinction.
