Set correct timezone 2. After some time it changes to wrong timezone What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? My timezone it UTC+3, but ChromeOS changes it automatically to UTC+2. Checkbox "Set time zone automatically using your location" is unchecked. But ChromeOS ignores that and changes timezone according to my IP. Did this work before? It looks like that ChromeOS automatically sets timezone according IP address. It sets wrong timezone every time I use VPN.

Maybe this is a duplicate of: Automatic time zone detection is forced when no user is logged on https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=622555 Please try to note when exactly the erroneous change happens.

As far as I read issue descriptions, this issue seems differnt from crbug.com/622555 . crbug.com/653975 (This bug) = IP geolocation info overwrites manual timezone setting, within user sessions crbug.com/622555 = Manual timezone setting goes away once user signs out of user session We have a similar report from enterprise user, and are currently waiting on details including ChromeOS debug log.
