Set download directory to network share issue

Reported by ars5...@gmail.com, Oct 7 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.set the download directory GPO to a mapped network share or to the network share directly
2. on the machine that has the policy applied, attempt to download a file
3.

What is the expected behavior?
files should download directly to the network share or mapped drive specified

What went wrong?
A save as prompt comes up on every download even though the networkshare or mapped drive is specified under google settings.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Issue resolved.
The folder that was being saved to was a GPO redirected downloads folder. For some reason google won't save to it even though it sees it. Changed the download directory to a unique folder just for chrome downloads.

example: U:\ChromeDownload instead of U:\downloads
